Mississauga – Investigators from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking assistance in locating a male in relation to a road rage incident that took place in Mississauga.
On Saturday April 7, 2012, at approximately 12:20 p.m., two males engaged in an altercation in front of the TD Bank located at 1177 Central Parkway W, as the result of two drivers attempting to park in the same parking spot. The victim received injuries when the suspect struck him with a hammer. The suspect fled the area prior to police arrival.
Investigators from the Peel Regional Police 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in this incident. Officers have information that several witnesses observed what had taken place and may have recorded the altercation on their cell phones. Police would like to speak with those individuals.
The suspect is described as: Male Asian, approximately 30 years old, and is approximately 5’3” tall with a medium build. He was wearing a beige jacket, a baseball cap, sunglasses and blue jeans. The suspect was operating a 2002-2004 silver Honda CRV and was accompanied by a male child.
