Mother Nature may have more winter weather up her sleeve for Toronto, with an incoming system holding the potential to dump “significant amounts of precipitation” on the city later this week.
Environment Canada says that a low-pressure system is expected to make its way from western Texas to southern Ontario as early as Tuesday evening.
The weather agency says that there is “a great deal of uncertainty” as to which parts of the province will get rain or snow, which is why it is calling the incoming system “a potential winter storm.”
Environment Canada says it will continue to monitor the storm and its developments.
